Plan, implement, and maintain the management of Learning Management System (LMS) usage as a learning platform in a consistent and efficient manner.
Provide a platform for student assessment and evaluation, including needs-based assessments and exams to ensure student integrity and proper evaluation.
Develop ODL websites and provide links to relevant information such as e-orientation, e-counseling, e-library, e-support center, and others.
Provide information on academic programs offered by faculties and institutions, including course details, structure, requirements, and more.
Provide technical support to lecturers, students, and stakeholders through the Help Desk.
Manage credit transfers and verification processes through the online system to make it easier for students who wish to continue studies at other institutions.
Assist the university in issuing guidelines and references related to the use of the ODL system for lecturers, students, and stakeholders.
Implement improvement actions.
